SHIPPING: Most items ship in 3-4 business after your order is placed, unless there is a special shipping requirement noted on the product listing (products above $500 generally have a special shipping requirement. These items take approximately 10 business days before the item is shipped).
RETURNS: although we haven't had a single lost or damaged artwork yet, if your artwork does arrive damaged you can return it for a full refund. Save the original packaging. Then contact us to report the package.
